A boy from an immigrant family needs help

In the summer of 2008, a boy named Leonid was born in the Malyarenki family. The baby was completely healthy. Mom's pregnancy was perfect. The boy turned out to be smart and started talking early. That is, nothing predicted problems with health and development.

But after 15 months something strange happened. Going to bed, Leonid began to turn blue. It was the first bell in his new complicated life.

Hospitals, examination, intensive care, prescribing treatment, selection of drugs. His mother does not remember 10 years of her life. They fell out in search of a healing pill for her son. It was so difficult that I did not have enough strength. But looking at their son's small, disease-worn eyes, they went further and further together. Leonid, no matter how much it hurt him, never complained. Courageously endure blood sampling, injections, endless examinations... He is little hero, as mom says. Probably, his courage in overcoming the disease did not allow his parents to give up.

Leonid's mother is from a small village on the coast of the sea in Crimea. It was very nice for them there, but with the arrival of the occupation authorities, they could no longer go there. They did not accept the citizenship of the occupation authorities and now live near Kyiv. Waiting for free drugs or help from the authorities of your city, Leonid, is, of course, useless. His mother does not work, his father has been supporting the family for many years on his own. But at the moment, the family is no longer able to cope with all the expenses for the son's treatment. They need support.
