Without diapers, caring for bedridden patients is overwhelming. Especially given that most patients in this state of complete or partial immobility continue to live for months and years. This requires relatives to rebuild their entire home life. Decent care takes a lot of time, energy and emotional resources. It is a long, exhausting marathon.

Therefore, absolutely everything that can make life easier for families with a bedridden patient and simplify care is important. And diapers and disposable nappies are almost at the top of this list. The vessel can only partially solve the problem: it makes sense and is generally possible to use it only for those patients who control their physiological processes and can express their need. And only when someone healthy is at home and can respond to the request. For other situations, there is simply no alternative.

The Foundation has clients who have been in a very serious condition for years. We try to make sure that their relatives do not have to worry about hygiene at least – we buy diapers, nappies and washing and care products for them. The previous stocks are running out, so we ask you to help us raise funds for the next payments.
