We don't value what we have in our lives... In the fast moving life we often do not have time for simple things like to thank God for being healthy and able to walk... So many of us don't. I could have been one of these too. If grief didn't come into my life.

The scary diagnosis from the doctors when i gave birth to my first child Denis. During the difficult birth of a child he had a brain hemorrhage. Doctors announced the cerebral palsy diagnosis. While pregnant I was imagining my child say his first word, make his first step. But destiny has developed differently. Denis is 7 years old and he fails to make his first step. But I, as mother, do not lose hope that I will see the first steps of my child. This year Denis is already in the first grade, but we are not attending the school, his teacher comes to him for individual studies.

He really wants to study, but even more he wants to walk. After the eleventh course of rehabilitation in Dr. Koziavkin's clinic, Denis has started to crawl, he now can sit by his own for a long time, he tries to stand by the stilt without my support. He is happy about his littlest achievements, since what we perceive as easy and usual, is quite difficult for him. But my sun tries hard and does his best and I believe that treatments which go to his advantage must put him on up on his feet. We ask you, people who read this (because if you read this you do care about the lives of others), help raise money for the next treatment. Without your help we will not cope!
