While Veronica is undergoing another course of treatment, her older sister is waiting for her at home. Veronica has cerebral palsy, and most of her time she devotes to the fight against this ailment. It all started from the moment the girl was born prematurely: first, there was fetal asphyxiation, then cesarean, then resuscitation, jaundice, blood transfusion and irreversible changes in the central nervous system.

First, doctors diagnosed the girl with a syndrome of motor disorders, and then – cerebral palsy. Veronica, up to three years old, was not able to do anything that other children begin to do in the first months and years of life. And this meant that with the girl it was necessary to work hard and treat her. At the age of three, Nika underwent the first course of treatment, after it was the second, then another... Thanks to systematic treatment, she managed to achieve new skills: first, she began to hold her head, then smile, babble and even pronounce certain words.

And after the last rehabilitation course, the doctors confirmed a significant leap in Veronika's development: she already repeats everything after a speech therapist, her motor skills improved, and hyperkinesis decreased. The girl is trying very hard to carry out all the settings of the doctors and believes that she will be healthy. We also believe in this and want to support the crumbs, so again we are starting to raise funds for a new course of treatment for Veronica. Support us!
