Sasha was born in the summer. Apparently, that's why he got such a warm sunny smile and glowing eyes. This world has been helping Alexander Ostrovsky to be "his" among boys and girls of his hometown for 12 years. Sasha has cerebral palsy and sensorineural deafness. Every word has been givening to him with great difficulty. He is special, but such a favorite son and the best friend! A friend which is looking forward to telling the whole world how happy he is to be born! How happy he is to have so many good people around him!

A child’s disease is a serious test. She changes her life, changes her attitude to many things. She teaches to value what you have, teaches to live "here and now." Great happiness when people appear willing to help. They understand and support. Someone becomes close and dear. Someone remains a good wizard, even supporting once in difficult times. Most importantly, all these people give strength to fight on!

Seven rehabilitation courses completed in 12 years! And this is only in one center "Loguar", Odessa. An individual approach of specialists is one of the keys to high-quality professional rehabilitation, which is capable of producing impressive results. "I as a mom, see that our every trip brings many new achievements", Svetlana Ostrovskaya shares her impressions. "Large and not very. They may appear after some time, when we are already at home. But this is definitely a constant growth of opportunities, improvement of the organism. It is very pleasing and motivates to engage further. And Sasha is a big fan of reading! Each book you read helps to increase vocabulary, and classes with a speech therapist allow you to control the correct pronunciation".

Sadly, Alexander is only halfway to a full-fledged adult life. Courses are not enough, and each subsequent course requires financial support. The nearest rehabilitation will be planned for August 2020. Let's be those wizards who will fulfill Sasha's dream of communicating with the world around us! There's so much he wants to tell everyone!

Earlier at UBB, we already raised funds for Sasha.
