He is 4 years old and wants to walk freely, play ball with his friends, and live his childhood as every child deserves. But his path to these simple joys has been extremely difficult.

Even during pregnancy, his parents learned that their son was struggling with a serious diagnosis—non-immune hydrops fetalis. The doctors' prognosis was cautious and alarming. However, Yelysei survived. He was born, and from the first minutes of his life, he began to fight for every breath, every day, and the right to live.

After his birth, difficult trials awaited him. More than a month in intensive care, two brain hemorrhages, numerous medical interventions, and rehabilitation courses. The diagnoses were harsh: developmental delay, severe irreversible motor disorders. For many, this would have been a death sentence. But not for Yelysei.

Despite everything he has been through, he did not give up. Today, Yelysei can already walk with support. Every day, he works hard, overcoming pain and fatigue, to take another small but important step forward. His movements require a lot of effort, and his eyes show a great desire to live a full life. It is thanks to rehabilitation that he has been able to make significant progress that seemed impossible not so long ago. But in order for these achievements to continue and turn into a real recovery, constant and systematic rehabilitation is necessary.
