Veronika's medical history began 8 years ago. An energetic and inquisitive little girl turned into a lethargic, sickly child in a few days. Severe diabetes changed her life, and for her parents, this diagnosis was a heavy blow. Since then, they have been constantly looking for new ways to maintain their daughter's health.
Type 1 diabetes is an incurable disease that requires constant monitoring of blood glucose levels. Veronika pierces her fingers up to 20 times a day to measure her sugar levels, which causes her physical and psychological discomfort. Blood glucose monitoring sensors play an extremely important role in monitoring Veronika's condition, helping her to respond to changes in a timely manner and avoid critical situations.
This innovative technology significantly improves the quality of life and allows the child to lead a more active lifestyle, including attending school and hobby groups. However, its normal operation requires special sensors to monitor glucose levels. Veronika's family constantly spends a lot of money on treatment, but their resources are not enough. Your help will be important in the fight for Veronika's health and future!
