Yaryna is now 9 years old and has been suffering from type 1 diabetes for 4 years. The girl attends school and has become much more confident. She administers insulin herself and is no longer shy about doing so in front of her friends – on the contrary, she calmly explains that it is part of her daily routine.

Yaryna is very creative: she loves to cut, draw, and do three-dimensional projects. She also dances hip-hop and sings. Glucose monitoring sensors help her stay active.

The problem is that the family cannot provide Yarynka with constant monitoring on their own, because there is another child in the family with the same diagnosis. Yaryna's older brother also has diabetes. The burden of raising two children with diabetes prevents the family from providing everything necessary for treatment, including sensors. Help this girl live without fear of sudden sugar fluctuations!

Full name: Vakhniuk Yaryna, 09.09.2016
