Comfortable housing for displaced persons

LEO STATES is a charity project created to support internally displaced persons, refugees, Ukrainians who have lost their homes, and people fleeing the war zone. Our mission – to create a hub for people in Ukraine who have lost their homes and provide them with free temporary housing and opportunities to gain strength.

LEO STATES is a town of modular houses that are quickly deployed and put into operation. This is an opportunity to solve the housing problem for refugees in Lviv region today.

Modular housing can be installed quickly after transportation, and the whole city can be built in a few weeks. These apartments are resistant to weather conditions and, if properly adjusted, can accommodate entire families for a long time. Their feature is to withstand the vagaries of nature for ten years or more. Due to the simplicity of construction, they are the ideal solution today.
We are now completing the first stage of creating LEO STATES:

• A volunteer team of 30 people, professionals (architects, administrators, builders, GR, and PR specialists) has been formed.

• Approved and approved the first land plots in Lviv region 0.6 and 3.8 hectares.

• Detailed architectural plans of the settlement have been developed.

• The total cost of creating a modular city for IDPs of 400 and 1,000 people and its maintenance is planned and calculated.

• The search for enterprises and partner companies for the manufacture and installation of buildings, as well as their filling and maintenance, has been completed.

• Fundraising for the creation of Leo States has begun.

On dobro.ua, we are raising funds for the purchase of 5 modular residential units for a temporary IDP settlement in the Khorosno village (Lviv region). Since this is a mobile type settlement, in the future it may be moved to other locations where assistance with housing is required.
