News – August 2026

      On 1 August 2026, to our great sorrow, Oleksandr Ivanovych passed away at home; his condition deteriorated rapidly and his heart stopped. The illness proved too much for him. We offer our deepest condolences to his family and thank everyone who supported Oleksandr.
      We have therefore contacted our long-standing partners, the Charitable Organisation ‘Ukrainian Charity Exchange’, requesting that they close the project on the dobro.ua website, to reduce the project’s target amount on the UBB to the sum actually raised, to transfer part of the funds to our bank account to cover project administration costs, and to dispose of the remaining funds in accordance with the Rules, Principles and Procedures of the Charitable Organisation International Charitable Foundation “UBB”.
      We would like to express our sincere thanks to the donors and partners of dobro.ua for their support, and to the UBB team for their long-standing cooperation!
