Children treated at the National Cancer Institute are once again in dire need of pain relievers and supportive medications. They are the basic components of the continuous treatment on which their lives depend.

Children with cancer are treated according to protocols that require strict discipline in their implementation. This treatment is difficult, long, complicated, and quite painful. Effectiveness depends on everything: carefully selected drugs, clearly calculated doses, sequence, time of taking drugs, etc. However, the main factors of effective treatment remain the systematic and uninterrupted performance of all procedures prescribed by the doctor, which are impossible without painkillers and saline solutions.

Unfortunately, the current situation is such that due to the lack of resources for these most necessary things, the risk of unforeseen "pauses" remains high. We should prevent it because interruptions can negate all the achievements of the previous treatment.

Recently, we have raised funds for a month of such medicines. Thanks to your support, the children received the necessary treatment for a month without delays, and the parents did not have to rush to the pharmacies. Unfortunately, the situation with state procurement has not changed. War with the external enemy adjusts to the war for children’s lives.
