Treating tales-coloring books

"Treating tales coloring books" were created by the tales-therapist Razida Tkach, volunteers of psychological center "Doctor Tale" and the artist Nadiya Vasylenko-Korovianska for children, who suffer from difficult chronic diseases, they have been tested in the children department of the Institute of cancer in Kyiv. At the same time the healing tales colouring books are universal, they can be read to children with the "easy" illnesses, such as a usual cold, as well. The goal of this project is to collectfunds for publication of the album with tales for colouring.

Magic stories and colouring books from "Doctor Tale" is a unique project, which confirms the healing power of the word and creation. Colouring tales' books create a motivation to treatment and help in recovering children.

, in order to give them out as presents to children's departments of hospitals and institutions, which specialize in difficult chronic diseases, and also to be distributed among volunteers working in hospitals. So part of the edition will be donated to Foundation for children with cancer "Crab" and psychology Kiev-Svyatoshinskogo center Psychosocial Rehabilitation (Boyarka) to work with patients of the Kiev regional children's hospital. Tales coloring also will be sold and we will be able to transfer money from the sales of one of the projects of the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace to cycling in the nature of goodness never ends!

The purpose of the project is to combine the therapeutic properties of tales with the resource limits of the child's body. So the heroes of our tales, escaping from the lord of diseases and his dangerous flowers, appear in the house of Magical healer. And then there are all those mysteries that help heroes of the tales find their health. Every child, listening to the magical story, becomes an active participant in the process of their own recovery.

Our tales create motivation to heal in metaphorical form describing medical procedures and shaping the child's understanding of thу necessity to help find them the inner source of strength and courage to follow the path of recovery. Our colouring books allow children to express their emotions through drawing and fill their life with bright colours.
