Illia is a strong boy who started fighting from the first seconds of his life. The birth was very difficult – the baby did not cry... He was immediately taken to the neonatal intensive care unit. He spent 13 days on a ventilator, another 3 days on non-invasive ventilation, and 12 days in intensive care. Subsequently, doctors diagnosed Illia with cerebral palsy with motor disorders and delayed psychomotor development.

Now Illia is 7 years old, and every day he fights for what others consider to be familiar and simple. But his way is the way of progress. Thanks to the rehabilitation, he has become more attentive, the boy is already better oriented in space, he has learned to kneel and take his first steps! Illia is now able to hold objects, drink through a straw, and is better at using a cup. He is also learning letters and numbers. The next big goal is to learn to eat with a spoon and fork on his own. And a new rehabilitation course is ahead.

His family believes in him with all their hearts. And Illia himself wants, can and will live a full life – but he really needs our help right now. Each contribution is a step towards Illia's independence. Join the fundraiser – together we can change his future!
