Treatment of women in a military hospital

Because of the war waged by Russia on the territory of Ukraine, in the  Lviv regional hospital of war veterans and repressed, the administration of the institution and its employees for the first time deployed gynecological care for women servicemen. Due to various pathological conditions, severe stress, as well as inhumane living conditions, when people are forced to sit in damp basements and shelters - women often have abnormal uterine bleeding. This is the leading problem, which is addressed to the hospital, but, unfortunately, so far the institution does not have the necessary modern quality equipment for the treatment of this condition - the gyroscope.

Doctors of the institution are professional in this method of treatment, as they have undergone appropriate training and internships, as well as for 10 years using global protocols for the treatment of gynecological patients in other institutions.

At present, the hospital serves only military women, as well as wounded evacuees from hot spots in Ukraine. A gynecology department was set up for these categories, which the doctors set up themselves and invested in their own funds to create conditions suitable for women to stay in it.

About 30 people have already been admitted during the existence of the department (month).

In the future, the department also plans to offer treatment for women in the military who need help.
