Martha from the Zarytsky family suffers from retinopathy, a life-threatening disease. This disease often occurs in children born prematurely. And so Marta, born at 31 weeks of pregnancy, weighed a little more than a kilogram. For more than a month after her birth, Marta stayed in the neonatal intensive care unit, and at the age of 45 days she underwent her first eye surgery.

The premature birth caused pathological disorders of the retina. Martha has the 3rd degree of this disease, and even more aggressive form. The child's vision can be saved by microsurgical interventions performed by the doctors of the Ophthalmology Department of the OKHMATDYT.

Martha is close to full recovery of her vision. The ophthalmologists have already performed two surgeries on her eyes, and the operations were successful and without complications. Now the girl needs a third surgery. Marta's eye pressure rose slightly and her eye swelled, so the surgery was postponed. Now Martusya is feeling well, playing with toys and seeing the sun shine. She is happy and enjoys life.

Marta's mother is unable to buy all the medical materials needed for the surgery, so she is asking for donors' help.
