In April 2024, Yulechka Burdylenko underwent a complex spinal surgery to correct scoliosis. After the surgery, Yulechka's health improved significantly, but the issue of dental treatment remained unresolved. Several of Yulechka's teeth are completely decayed, and the acute pain forces her to take painkillers every day. 
In accordance with the agreement No. 21 on cooperation between the CO ICF ‘Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace’ and the Charity Operator ‘POMAGAYEM’ dated 31.08.2020 and the additional agreement No. 21.280 dated 06.09.2024, the project ‘Little Yulia with a strong will.2’ was posted on the website of the CO ICF ‘UMB’ - dobro.ua - to attract donations to pay for the treatment of Yulia Burdylienko.
According to the letter No. 728 of 29.11.2024, we appealed to our regular partners, the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace, with a request to allocate from the Health Moneybox the amount of UAH 21,336.27 (twenty-one thousand three hundred and thirty-six hryvnias, 27 kopecks) to pay for dental services for Yulia Burdylienko, which were planned in four stages at the Tooth Fairy Clinic (Dnipro). 
Thanks to the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace, UAH 27,504.75 (twenty-seven thousand five hundred and four hryvnias, 75 kopecks) was raised, which we received on the Foundation's account in December 2024 to pay for the girl's treatment and project administration. 
However, the long-awaited treatment had to be postponed three times due to the child's health condition. In December 2024, Yulia fell ill with SARS and had a very severe cough, in January 2025, the girl broke her collarbone, and in early February, Yulia's acetone level rose and she was admitted to hospital. 
Only at the end of February 2025 did she manage to undergo several stages of the long-awaited dental treatment under sedation. Yulia tolerated the anaesthesia well and got rid of unbearable pain. Now she can smile and eat solid foods without pain, and her appetite has even improved. Now the girl's condition is stable. She spends a lot of time outside and loves to ride her scooter.
So far, all the funds transferred from the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace have been spent on the girl's needs.
