Little Artem is one of those kids that look like an ad: red-haired, chubby, and curious. However, the reality is not as good as it seems. The boy has an arteriovenous malformation in the brain that requires an urgent surgery. Perhaps, his parents would cope on their own if it were not for the boy’s mother terrible disease. When she was still pregnant the woman was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and now she undergoes anticancer therapy.

So the family cannot buy all the necessary materials for the son’s treatment.

Immediately after the wedding the young couple planned to start a family but it didn’t happen. The woman managed to get pregnant only a few years later. But in the 20th week of pregnancy the woman was reported that she had a tumor of the thyroid gland. She bore at full term with lymph node metastases because she couldn’t start treatment not to harm the child.

Little Artem was born without complications. However, when the boy was six months, the parents noticed that his left arm and leg didn’t develop properly. Recommended massages and exercises in the pool helped a little but not really. The parents began to consult various specialists. After thorough examinations pathology of brain vessels was detected.

After examination at the Institute of Neurosurgery an urgent surgery was prescribed. All the necessary materials the family must buy their own. Unfortunately, they don’t have resources for it.
