Immediately after birth, Denys ended up in intensive care due to breathing problems. For 5 days the doctors fought for the boy's life, and, fortunately, he survived. After resuscitation, there was a department of pathology of newborns, and only after that the baby was discharged home.

Every day Denys learned to eat, gain weight, and express emotions. Considering what this boy had gone through, he had to visit a neurologist once a month. And somehow, during the next such examination, the doctor diagnosed Denys with a congenital malformation of the brain and chromosomal pathology. These diagnoses also caused the boy's developmental delay.

The doctor immediately recommended starting to undergo rehabilitation – as long as the age of the baby contributes to their effectiveness. However, then a new test knocked on the house of this family – Denys had his first epileptic seizure. Of course, rehabilitation had to be postponed and epilepsy was treated. As soon as the boy's condition allowed him to begin rehabilitation, he immediately went to a specialized center.

Denys has already completed several rehabilitation courses, and he has progress: the boy began to utter new sounds, his left handle began to open better, in general his arms became stronger, now he can even lean on them. “Unfortunately, my son still cannot sit on his own, but hard work and time will bring good results. I will make every effort to put my son on his feet and raise him to be a responsive person who is not indifferent to the grief of others”, says Denys's mother.
