Maria has no money to buy medicine

In January 2023, Maria Yaroslavivna became very ill. A local doctor prescribed medication, which did not help the woman. After a full examination, the woman was diagnosed with cancer. Maria has already undergone 5 courses of chemotherapy. Initially, her relatives helped her a lot, but they are not able to support her all the time either. The woman lives on a pension of 2,500 hryvnias. Of course, it is completely impossible to be treated for such a sum. The disease does not allow her to work fully. Maria has no one to help her. Her only son helps as much as he can, but he also has a family. In addition, his wife is also seriously ill.

Maria Yaroslavivna lived an ordinary life for a person of her time. School, college, work, marriage, birth of a son. Everything seemed to be going well, but also without major difficulties. In the 90s, it was harder, but it was not only her family. The lack of stable work undermined her husband's health. He was sick for a long time and seriously ill, and Maria spent a lot of energy on his treatment. This year, her husband died. So Maria was left alone with her illness.

Maria Yaroslavivna has a desire to live and benefit her family. She wants to take part in the upbringing of her five-year-old grandson Maksym. She is full of optimism and hopes that someone will respond to her request to help with medicines.
