Mark on the way to his goal
Mark was born in the summer of 2016, but during childbirth, the baby suffered from hypoxia, which became known much later. Starting from the age of 5 months, the baby developed differently from his peers. At the age of one, Mark underwent an MRI scan, which revealed hypoxia, which had already affected the boy's brain. At that time, doctors did not make any predictions about whether Mark would walk and talk.
At the age of one, the boy began intensive treatment in rehabilitation centers and at home, underwent surgery on his legs to reduce spasticity, and step by step Mark was moving towards his goals. Thanks to his tireless work and despite the diagnosis of cerebral palsy (spastic diplegia), Mark began to crawl, then stand and walk on his own. However, the boy still has poor balance and has recently been diagnosed with epi-activity, so doctors suggested rehabilitation, which helps Mark become calmer and learn new things.
Currently, the family's financial resources are exhausted, so Mark needs our support to complete the next course of rehabilitation. Let's help him move towards his goal of being healthy.
