Mother treats Zakhar alone

Zakhar is eight years old and has been living with insulin-dependent diabetes for 3 years. It all started when three years ago, the boy began to have trouble sleeping and suffer from sleep enuresis. Doctors could not understand the reason for this for a long time. At first, they treated his kidneys, but it did nothing, then they prescribed sedatives, but also in vain. The family did not pay attention to the fact that Zakhar drank a lot of water, because he had been sweating a lot since childhood and was an active boy. Finally, the family doctor sent the boy to take a blood sugar test.

It happened on Zakhar's birthday. Straight from the entertainment center where the children were celebrating, the parents went to the hospital. There they were told that their son had been diagnosed with diabetes and needed to be hospitalized immediately. This period was very difficult for them mentally, and it is still hard for them to accept.

Zakharchik is a very sociable and cheerful boy who likes to joke. He loves going to school and math. He plays sports - football and karate. For three years he has received medals for 1st and 2nd place. In the future, he wants to become a soldier.

His mother asks for help as she is raising her son alone. Zakhar's parents divorced when the child was one year old. Her grandmother, who had to quit her job and is currently unemployed, helps her raise her son. Zakhar's mother works hard and supports all three of them. She believes that treatment will be found for children with this diagnosis so that they do not suffer from anything like this. And now Zakhar needs our help with his treatment, as he desperately needs medical devices for measuring blood glucose.
