Little Matvii has big cheeks, smiles a lot, likes to eat tasty food and to play. It may seem that his life is perfect. But in reality, Matvii is fighting for a year against a terrible disease – a brain tumor that began to grow again. The boy’s condition is complicated by inflammation. His parents are struggling to provide everything required for treatment. But they need our help.

Matviichyk was born healthy. When he was two months, an ultrasound examination detected a neoplasm in his head. The parents urgently went to the Institute of Neurosurgery in Kyiv. These two surgeries were performed and then the baby was sent to an antitumor treatment. Months of chemotherapy passed. Then Matviy felt bad and cysts were found in his head. Again the boy got into the neurosurgery. There were complications after the surgery – the left side of the body did not function. Thank God, he got better.

But, unfortunately, the last control tests showed that the tumor began to grow again. There is also an inflammatory process. Matviy needs an expensive therapy to eliminate the inflammation, and then the boy will be operated on one more time. The family asks for a helping hand because after the year of treatment all their resources are exhausted.
