MIBG for little Zhenechka

What pain and suffering are, Zhenechka learned when she was six months old. Instead of exploring the colorful world, the little baby was hooked up to IV in the hospital bed. Moreover, the tumor was located in the lower back and did not allow the child to stand on her feet. Zhenechka looks enviously at her two sisters running around. She tries to get up, but can’t do without surgery.

After six chemotherapy cycles and radiation, surgery is required. Unfortunately, the location of the tumor is such that it is very difficult to operate. She will probably have to go to a foreign clinic. But now the doctors need to know exactly in what condition the tumor is – and you can’t do without MIBG scanning. Such an examination is performed with special isotopes, which, unfortunately, are not available in Ukraine.

Zhenechka is expected on November 10 in Italy. For her large family, 522 euros is a lot of money. We can give the child a chance for successful treatment continuation and full life in the future!
