February 10th is my lucky day. It was then that I was born into the world. My name is Maryna, and my mother says that she knew that it was I who was born to her. February 10th is my lucky day. It was then that I was born into the world. My name is Maryna, and my mother says that she knew that it was I who was born to her. My mother and I were discharged from the delivery room on the 4th day, I ate and slept well, as befits all healthy newborn babies. Mom says that one morning everything changed...

...I started crying hard, refused to eat, my right arm and leg began to twitch. This was my first convulsive seizure. I was immediately taken to the intensive care unit, some painful procedures were done (mother says it is called cerebral puncture), they said that I had meningitis, and they began to treat me. After the next procedure (there were a lot of them), the doctors took my mother to the corridor and said something terrible, because then my mother cried for a long time. Further, as my mother says, I had a brain hemorrhage, I was very bad...

Mom says that we stayed in intensive care for 3 months, but later we were allowed to go home. But on the very first night, my convulsions began again, and we returned to the hospital again. Then the doctors said that I had convulsive syndrome, but over time everything will pass. But my mother says that I still do not know how to sit, talk and walk.

One day mom transferred my diagnoses to my dad and he left. Mom says that he will never return, but I don’t understand why he did that?.. I want my mom not to cry anymore, and I was healthy, like the other kids.
