Mercy in every home

We seek help for elderly survivors of hostilities in eastern Ukraine. They were forced to flee their own homes to stay alive and sought to live out their old age in a peaceful and quiet city. However, in 6 years, our country, like the whole world, has encountered a new trouble. Pandemic virus, this invisible and quiet enemy, has become an obstacle for the elderly to live a full life, because they are the main risk group. Every trip to the store is a threat. 

Every trip to the pharmacy is a threat. Most of them have been left without family, documents and homes bedridden, so the only hope for them is benefactors and donors. Being in difficult circumstances, having lost their homes and any hope for the future, they found peace and comfort thanks to the care and care of the social workers of the Home Care project. Having been visiting our wards for many years, we see how modestly they live, and every year, even the usual diet becomes a luxury. It's sad to hear stories and stories of years past.

Stories of anguish and trials of the elderly give rise to many questions:
- Life or survival?
- How to be such people, where and at what door to knock for help?
- How long does it take to heal our society?

We appeal to everyone who cares, who can and wants to help! By donating at least one hryvnia to each other, together we can support the elderly, save them from cold and hunger. We are the only ones who are looking for lonely old women.
