My fight for life continues. 4

We are writing to you with a big request for help for our little Maksym, who has been fighting for his life since birth. Maksym is a real hero who has managed to overcome incredible difficulties. He was born with hypoxia and umbilical cord torsion, did not cry out at birth and did not breathe. Doctors immediately started resuscitation and connected him to a ventilator. Because Maksym swallowed amniotic fluid, he had congenital pneumonia.

Maksym spent the first days of his life in the intensive care unit, where it was very difficult to fight for his life. Then there were many difficulties with nutrition, seizures, problems with oxygen and anemia, but thanks to the struggle and support of doctors and family, Maksym was able to overcome all this.

But now, when Maksym is 2 years old, he still cannot sit, crawl, or hold his head, and his arms, neck, and shoulders remain weak. He is active, moves his legs and rolls over, but he needs systematic and high-quality rehabilitation to improve his motor development.

Maksym is an IDP, a child born during the war, and like many other children, he needs help. His family is already financially depleted, and without your support they will not be able to provide him with the necessary rehabilitation. We are asking you to help Maksym!
