Cancer is not a sentence. Today's medicine is successfully coping with this serious illness. Oncohematology – the treatment of this disease depends not only on the availability of drugs. As a rule, after a heavy chemotherapy block, the patient's blood counts drop – hemogabin, platelets, red blood cells, and very often the life of such a person depends on donated blood.

Finding a donor is an important task, but no less important – to preserve this blood, so that at any moment we can help save a life. Unfortunately, equipment for storing blood is received (if received) in the department at the very least. And the doctors, together with the relatives and friends of the patients, solve this problem on their own – whoever can.

A freezer for storing blood plasma is an opportunity to always have a supply of blood or plasma "at hand", which means that you can defeat a serious illness and return to your families, relatives and friends!

At UBB, we are raising funds for the purchase of a freezer for storing blood and plasma in the Odessa Regional Clinical Hospital.
