Stefa has been diagnosed since birth: Cerebral palsy, spastic tetraplegia, level IV motor impairment according to the GMFCS scale. She has delayed statico-kinetic development. Equinus foot position, partial atrophy of the optic nerve discs in both eyes. Alternating eastern strabismus with a nettle component. The girl needs to undergo systematic rehabilitation 3-4 times a year. With appropriate treatment and rehabilitation, children with Stefania's diagnosis can lead almost normal lives. Our goal is to put Stefa back on her feet and give the Verba family the happiness of having a child with unrestricted movement.
The project started on 17 January 2025. Thanks to charitable contributions, the amount of UAH 35,000.00 was raised on the platform of the CO ICF ‘UBB’ https://dobro.ua/. And the girl went for rehabilitation. We provided the International Centre for Rehabilitation and Neurophysiology LLC with a letter of guarantee for the payment of treatment and the course began on April 4 and ended on April 13, 2025. After the course, we paid the invoice in the amount of UAH 35,000.00 (thirty-five thousand hryvnias) 00 kopecks.

From the mother's report after rehabilitation: "This is our third rehabilitation at this centre. At the International Centre for Rehabilitation and Neurophysiology, an individual course was selected, which consisted of acupuncture, therapeutic massages, exercise therapy and speech therapy. Also, we received a consultation from a paediatric neurologist and underwent 1 examination (electroencephalography). After this course of rehabilitation, Stefa's overall physical and emotional condition improved significantly, and the hypotonia of her articulation muscles decreased. She learnt to sit and stand independently and continued to take independent steps with a walker, which she had started using during the previous rehabilitation. Stefania's muscle tone in her legs and right arm decreased, and the range of motion in her joints increased, allowing her to take wide steps. She became better at keeping her balance, improved her coordination and endurance (she stands against the wall longer, walks with a walker). She even tried to take steps holding only one hand, which is a clear progress for us!
We are very grateful to the donors for this wonderful opportunity to restore our daughter's health! This rehabilitation was very necessary for Stefania on her way to recovery! We hope to continue to receive your support during the next rehabilitation, as there is still a lot of work ahead, because our goal is to walk independently! Peace, goodness, victory!!!".

The CO ICF ‘Everyone Can’ joins the gratitude of the Verba family and expresses its sincere gratitude to the website https://dobro.ua/ and everyone who responded to the call for help for Stefa!
