On the wings of dreams. 2
The diagnosis of cerebral palsy leads to the fact that the child without treatment will not be able to move and serve himself. Unfortunately, this story happened to Maxim Nosik. Intrauterine pneumonia, swelling of the brain, ischemic damage to the central nervous system... Maxym works a lot to live a full life, but this requires regular rehabilitation courses. Earlier, we collected funds for Maxim on the UBB website, and about a year ago the boy was undergoing treatment.
Up to 15 years of treatment have achieved very good results. Each new course gives a good impetus to health, to full-fledged life. At first it was an independent, uncertain, shaky pace. Then stand on one leg. Then the boy fell on his heels. Aligned knees. Now he can quite serve himself, albeit with difficulty. Become more confident in society. Of all other rehab, this treatment suits him most, but unfortunately full three-course courses lack family resources.
Two months ago, unfortunately, the orthopedists of the city of Kharkiv and the city of Lviv recommended operative intervention. Maxim had pains in the knee joints and in the lower extremities. Since there was a rapid jump in growth and joints did not have time to grow by the muscles. Deformed knee joints and feet. Shortening the left limb to two centimeters. In October, at a regular inspection, Maxim decided to operate, as neither medication nor conservative treatment did not help. The operation took place in the city of Kharkiv, in the regional clinical traumatology hospital. Lasted seven hours Flexible osteotomy of the femur was performed, an MOS plate inserted, a Stareur operation on both sides, and a myotomy on both sides, a transposition of the hilly left bone (calyx), fixation with bandages. Immediately after surgery, gipsoil was performed on the waist to bring the lower limbs and feet to the correct position.
At the moment, Maxim Nosik is still in the hospital and needs much further rehabilitation. Experts say that surgery is a 40 percent recovery, the rest depends on proper and intensive development and rehab. Maxym very much wants to recover. The Fund's team appeals to all those who are not indifferent to raise funds for the rehabilitation course Maxym which is so necessary to him after the operation.
We used to collect money for Maxym at UBB. View the previous project you can by the link.
