Hope for Vika!

When Vika was only one year old, everything started falling from her hands. She couldn’t hold in her hands even her favorite toys. It was a tumor in her head that caused it. The girl has survived four surgeries and now she needs one more. However, the parents cannot buy the necessary medicines and medical materials because they still pay off loans for the previous treatment.

When the parents noticed Vika’s problems with her hands, they brought her immediately to the hospital. After thorough examinations, a brain tumor was detected. The girl was sent to the Institute of Neurosurgery where she was operated on. Vika got well quickly: she began to walk and her grasping reflex was restored. It seemed that all hardships were behind but after six months her condition deteriorated: the tumor grew again. She had to be operated on again and then again.

Vika was at home for a long time. All the medical tests and examinations were good. However, in late March MRI examination revealed a tumor again. The girl needs an urgent surgery. But her parents don’t have many because they are paying off loans for the previous treatment. They beg for our help!
