Meet this cheerful girl from the Dnipro, her name is Lisa. At the age of three, she was diagnosed with bilateral sensorineural hearing loss. When Lisa entered 1st grade, her parents bought her used hearing aids. Even then they worked poorly, but now they are about to fail. New ones are expensive.The girl really hopes for your help in purchasing them.

Even before the age of 3, her family began to notice that Lisa often asked questions, and if she spoke quickly, she did not understand the speech at all. The girl was examined by an audiologist and found nothing suspicious. At the age of 3, Elyzaveta went to kindergarten. The teachers did not notice her hearing problems. But the mother Viktoria became convinced of its decline after her daughter distorted almost all the words of the song she was taught in the garden.

Finally the parents’ suspicions were confirmed by the doctors: sensorineural hearing loss. Every year, hearing loss progresses. Now Lisa, without hearing aids, can only hear loud, clear speech near her.

The cause of hearing problems is a strong increase in bilirubin levels immediately after birth due to Rh conflict of the parents' blood. Most often the brain and nerve endings in the cochlea are affected. The parents raised the required amount and bought used hearing aids. Lisa, putting them on for the first time, exclaimed: "Now I can hear everything in the smallest details!".

The devices were serviced at the service center twice. During the latter, the specialist warned that the devices were worn out and would stop working at any moment. Lisa has no idea what she will do without them.

Lisa is constantly on the move. Thanks to her cheerful, easy-going disposition, she has many friends. Together with her older brother Vlad, she loves to take care of a cat, a guinea pig and fish. This year Lisa moved to second grade. Studying comes easy to the girl. Favorite subjects are computer science and English.

At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Lisa was very frightened by explosions if she was wearing hearing aids at these moments. She ran behind two walls. Now he reacts calmly and believes in our defenders.
