Bohdan has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis, and symptomatic epilepsy since birth. He has a delay in psycho-speech development due to an intrauterine infection, partial atrophy of the optic nerves. The child needs to undergo systematic rehabilitation 3-4 times a year at the Victoria Child Rehabilitation Centre. Treatment at the Centre allows children with these diagnoses to achieve maximum independence within the limits of their motor disorders and related disabilities. With appropriate treatment and rehabilitation, children can lead almost normal lives. Our goal is to get Bohdan back on his feet and give his family the happiness of having a child with unrestricted movement. 
Thanks to charitable contributions, the boy underwent rehabilitation at the International Centre for Rehabilitation and Neurophysiology, which lasted from 4 to 13 November 2024.  After completing the treatment and receiving the original documents from the rehabilitation centre, we paid for the course in the amount of UAH 35,000.00 (thirty-five thousand hryvnias and 00 kopecks).

 His mother wrote in a letter: ‘We would like to thank all the kind people who helped Bohdan undergo comprehensive rehabilitation at the ICRC. This is a miracle for us in such a difficult time. During the course, Bohdan underwent physical therapy, massage, sensory integration, speech therapy, and procedures on the TENS rehabilitation equipment.      
During the course, Bohdan underwent stretching, joint development, crawling skills, high knee lifts, learning to sit independently, and arm lifts. When Bohdan wants to pick something up or do something, his arms spasm severely. For this purpose, he underwent procedures using a TENS complex. This is a method of physiotherapeutic treatment of pathologies of the musculoskeletal system and peripheral nervous system using a low-frequency current pulse that restores normal muscle trophism and tone. The method is based on a reflex response to intense stimulation of nerve endings in spasmodic muscle areas by low-frequency current pulses. The cessation of nerve impulse transmission from pathological foci of the central nervous system eliminates muscle spasms. Bohdan also underwent speech therapy and sensory integration classes. After completing the course, I liked his psycho-emotional state, more calm and balanced. The child liked going to classes. It is a lot of new emotions for him, as we have a lack of communication. All the specialists treated the child well, contacted him, tried to teach him.  I also see that his hands have become softer and he is more interested. The specialists gave recommendations on how to work with the child at home. Thank you very much to everyone!!! Low mother's bow!!!’
