Nikita is still waiting for his dad

Since childhood, Nikita grew up a healthy boy, but the war and the stress he endured made adjustments to the boy's life, forever leaving an imprint on his mind.

A year ago, Nikita's dad, defending the country, did not return from a combat mission. All the time, the boy was waiting for a call from his dad, but he did not call... Nikita became too focused on this, thoughts about his dad did not leave him, because they were very close. Even when they could not be together, dad and son talked on the phone for hours.

After some time, against the background of a strong shock, Nikita began to lose weight, became lethargic, lost his appetite. Later, in the hospital, they already found out the reason for the boy's changes – type 1 diabetes.

 It was difficult for the family to come to terms with and accept the disease. The war took his father, and the disease takes away strength. Life with diabetes requires constant control. Nikita and his mother are left without help and currently cannot find the funds to purchase the necessary medical devices to compensate for diabetes. But we can definitely be a strong shoulder for them!
