New day for Katiusha

The disaster have happened in Petrov family – little daughter Katya sick. The girl is only 3 years old. She was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Baby has a better chance of recovery, but only if obedience to all the doctor's instructions and complete the treatment protocol. Unfortunately medicines that are needed for the treatment of girls are very expansive, and parents have no time to gather all the necessary funds for the treatment of daughter.

In December 2014 the child was diagnosed with the disease. Bruises appeared on the Katya’s body, and she began to complain of pain in the legs, quickly tired when walking, temperature constantly rises. After blood tests the girl with her mother were hospitalized in the hematology department DOKB. The department made a puncture and sent to Okhmatdet lab for testing. The result was acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Kate passes the first chemotherapy protocol. Treatment is not easy, the girl’s body is weakened. During this short period from the start of treatment babe has got to the intensive care unit, was on imitative feeding, chemistry gave complications in the stomach. Baby needs 10 vials of drug "Neupogen" for recovery, the price of one bottle – 1 480 UAH.

All finances which were collected by relatives and friends have already spent on all sorts of tests and drugs. That’s why today's parents are forced to ask for help from strangers, and thankful in advance for any help!
