Alexey was born a healthy boy. But from early childhood, one disease after another tested him. The boy has had hearing and vision problems since childhood, he underwent three operations. And at the age of ten, Alexey was diagnosed with diabetes.

The family heard the terrible diagnosis at a time when terrible and terrifying shelling was heard around. Alexey was in intensive care. The family tried to find answers to many painful questions, to understand how to live on and where to get the strength to accept the new reality. Having united, they learned to live with this.

Now the boy has been diagnosed with gluten intolerance, which makes life even more difficult for the child and parents. But Alexey is holding on and does not let the diseases take over. The boy is engaged in his favorite things, has hobbies - football, fishing, music.

Despite his hardened character, diabetes requires constant control. In addition to sensors for constant monitoring, Oleksiy needs special gluten-free food products. The boy comes from a large family and lives in the Lviv region. Due to the lack of work during wartime, it is difficult for his parents to provide Oleksiy with everything he needs to control his diabetes.
