Olia: she survived and wants to beat the disease

This baby – Olia – began to fight for her life not yet born. Her twin sister died in the womb but did not immediately discover it. Since the death of the child, so much time has passed, the cadaveric waters began to poison the body of another, still alive girl and future mother. Emergency cesarean and mother and daughter began to be treated in separate intensive care units. Both of them survived, but little Olia was discharged from the hospital with a whole bunch of diagnoses...

Since the death of the child, so much time has passed, the cadaveric waters began to poison the body of another, still alive girl and future mother. Emergency cesarean and mother and daughter began to be treated in separate intensive care units. Both of them survived, but little Olia was discharged from the hospital with a whole bunch of diagnoses...

When Olia's mom found out she was pregnant, she was very happy. However, the doctor later said that the woman has monochorial monoamniotic twins, which means that the twins eat from the same placenta – a difficult pregnancy, which often ends in a bad way. The woman adhered to all the recommendations of the doctors was "the ideal patient."

However, at the beginning of the third trimester, the expectant mother began to feel very bad: she had constant fatigue, wanted to sleep, and severe body itching began. The doctor then advised the woman to rest more, not finding the cause of her condition. Only a few days later, another doctor at the ultrasound examination saw that one of the girls had died...

She managed to save Olia, but she suffered a lesion of the central nervous system, she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, delayed state kinetic and psychoverbal development, partial atrophy of the optic nerves. Girl’s dad, hearing the diagnoses of the crumbs, decided not to take her from the hospital. All worries about the girl fell on the shoulders of the mother.

A woman does everything to restore the health of her daughter, but she cannot cope on her own. We really want to support Olia and her mother, so we are joining the fundraising for Olia’s treatment at the “Priorytet” center. Support the girl who survived and wants to be healthy!
