Myroslava is 13 years old, and since she was three, her life has been a constant struggle with epilepsy. Seizures caused by a brain anomaly no longer respond to medication, exhausting her body and limiting her movement. Every day that passes delays her chance to have a normal childhood.
Myroslava loves to draw, listen to music, and follow the latest movies. She dreams of playing volleyball and dancing, of walking with friends without fear of a seizure, and of living like other children her age. But for now, she can’t…
Her condition requires constant supervision by adults. Medications no longer work – she needs surgery to remove the affected area of her brain. In Ukraine, such operations are successfully performed at the National Children’s Specialized Hospital "Ohmatdyt", and the surgery itself is free. However, essential materials are required: neuromonitoring equipment, neuronavigation, and a cranioplasty kit – totaling nearly 94,000 UAH. For a family where her mother is a pharmacist and her father a driver, this amount is enormous, and there’s no time for a long fundraiser: every day matters for saving her health.
Friends, your support can give Myroslava the chance to have a full childhood without fear and pain! Every contribution brings her closer to her dream – living seizure-free, dancing, running, laughing, and enjoying life. Support her now – together, we can make the impossible possible!
