Arming Aryna against Crohn's disease

      In 2014, six-year-old Arina saw rockets destroying Donetsk airport from her window. Long-term work with a psychologist after moving to Pavlohrad helped to lessen the impact of traumatic memories. In 2022, Arina's panic attacks returned. And in 2024, she suddenly developed intestinal bleeding. After examinations, she was diagnosed with Crohn's disease.
      In accordance with Agreement No. 21 on cooperation between the Ukrainian Charity Exchange Charitable Foundation and the charity aid operator Pomagaem Charitable Foundation dated 31 August 2020 and additional agreement No. 21.300 dated 20 February 2025, the project ‘Arm Arina against Crohn's disease’ was posted on the website dobro.ua with the aim of attracting charitable donations to pay for the treatment of Arina Piddubna.
      During the fundraising campaign, it became necessary to use part of the funds collected on the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange Charitable Foundation (dobro.ua) to purchase medicines for the girl. Therefore, according to letters No. 132 dated 25 March 2025, No. 168 dated 28 April 2025, and No. 401 dated 5 August 2025, we received the collected amounts of UAH 17,000.00 (seventeen thousand hryvnias, 00 kopecks), UAH 16,000.00 (sixteen thousand hryvnias, 00 kopecks) and UAH 13,100.00 (thirteen thousand one hundred hryvnias, 00 kopecks) to the Fund's account and continued fundraising on the dobro.ua platform. 
      In April of this year, we purchased Humira medication for Arina in the amount of 17,000.00 UAH (seventeen thousand hryvnias, 00 kopecks), in June, we ordered enteral nutrition for the girl in the amount of 12,794.58 UAH (twelve thousand seven hundred and ninety-four hryvnias, 58 kopecks), and in August, we assisted with the purchase of Humira medication at a total cost of 12,095.60 UAH (twelve thousand ninety-five hryvnias, 60 kopecks).

      Arina is feeling much better. Recently, she and her mother spent two weeks undergoing tests in Kyiv. The doctors noted positive dynamics, and an operation to close the stoma is planned in a month. Humira injections are still being administered.

      The girl is actively involved in yoga, learning to play the guitar, knitting, and preparing for the MNT. She also studies mathematics and English individually in small groups.

      We plan to use the remaining unused funds in the amount of 1,009.82 UAH (one thousand nine hryvnias, 82 kopecks) for Arina's needs in 2025. The project is still raising funds.
