Maria was born prematurely. Intensive care, the newborn pathology department, and since then she has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, two joint surgeries. Numerous rehabilitations again. All these trials fell to the lot of a girl with a bright look and always a sincere smile.
Now Mariyka is 15 years old, the girl has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, double hemiplegia of severe degree with delayed psychomotor development, subgroup A. The girl moves only with the help of a wheelchair, cannot walk, and can sit only with support. Mariya does not express her thoughts in words, but always shows what she wants with her emotions.
The girl attends school on an individualized basis, understands the language spoken to her, she enjoys learning, and she has learned to type with great perseverance. She is a gentle and kind girl who loves music, animals and hugs.
"All of our achievements became possible thanks to people who are not indifferent to other people's grief and helped pay for treatment. Since childhood, Mashunya has undergone many different treatments and rehabilitation measures, she is trying and learning new skills. She works very hard in the classroom to get a little better control over her body and movements. Every step she takes in her fight against the disease is a great achievement in her physical and mental development," says Liudmyla, Mariya's mother.
Last year, Mariyka underwent a rehabilitation course at the Modrychi Center. After treatment, her coordination of movements became much better, and during the sessions with specialists, her muscle tone decreased and blood circulation improved.
Mariia needs to undergo such rehabilitation courses, because without training her physical condition deteriorates significantly, and this leads to a deterioration of the skills she has developed over the years. In addition, if treatment in specialized rehabilitation facilities is not carried out in time, bone deformation may begin, and the child will have difficulty controlling her body.
"With great gratitude, we ask you to help pay for the rehabilitation course that Maria needs, where she will be able to consolidate her gains and continue to fight the disease. We cannot do without your support. Please help us to undergo treatment to avoid undesirable consequences and to enable our daughter to improve her condition," the Dubinsky family asks.
Only together we can help the girl undergo rehabilitation! Dear friends, we urge everyone to join in!
