Death has won – cerebral palsy will win! 3
Nika has every chance to live a full life and catch up with her peers! Despite the fact that the girl had to go through a lot from birth – she is confidently going to win over cerebral palsy! Thanks to the efforts of her mother Lesya and the support of caring people – Nika is able to walk! and even more – to move actively! But of course, this is not the end, we need to work on a lot, because the disease will not recede so easily if left as is.
Now Nika is 4 years old, and this is the third rehabilitation fee for a child. Past rehabilitations have had a very positive effect on the girl. She became more energetic, improved her walking skills… started dancing to music and jumping! Since September, Nika has been going to kindergarten. But unfortunately, she still does not speak, a little babbling, but there is already a conscious word "mom", which makes her mom very happy)
"Nikusya is a very energetic, cheerful, inquisitive girl, interested in everything new, loves to listen to music and dance, play with children, loves books, painting. In the summer we have a pet cat Marquis, my daughter calls him Mau) We go to rehabilitation every 2 months, after each trip we return with new successes and achievements, treated with medication by a neurologist, at home with a speech therapist and psychologist, we do. Nika knows all the animals, now we are learning numbers, colors", tells us mom.
Little Nika was diagnosed with cerebral palsy in the first days of life. Even before the girl was born, mother Lesya was advised to abandon the child because of the high probability of such a diagnosis. But despite all the "advice" on May 4, 2016, Nika was born. From the first days of life, the baby was taken to the intensive care unit, that's where it all began – intensive care, routine hospitalization, massage, swimming, with a speech therapist, hypo-therapy, rehabilitation again... It seemed there was no end to all this, but you can not give up , and what joy and happiness fills the soul when victory makes itself felt!
Doctors say that Nika has every chance to catch up with peers and develop with them on the same level, and this is the mother's biggest dream – to provide her child with a full life. And this requires rehabilitation every two or three months. The cost of rehabilitation reaches an average of UAH 30,000, so to pay for all the courses for a single mother alone – it is not possible… Thank you for any support and help! Thanks to this, Nick will be able to overcome the disease.
