Diapers for babies-immigrants

The number of people that were forced to leave their homes due to a military conflict in eastern Ukraine is over 1.2 mln and is increasing day by day. Elderly persons, large families, incurably-ill patients, single mothers, juvenile orphans, people with special needs – they all require our support and assistance!

Recently with help of benefactors on the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace we managed to raise more than 25 000 UAH to purchase medicines for disabled IDP kids and we are grateful to everyone who contributed to this initiative. With our hands you assist hundreds of the needful in coping with intolerable pain and combating untreatable diseases; support their fragile health and give them hope for a better future.

Caritas Kyiv arranged assistance for over 4 000 IDPs from ATO zone: food packages, clothes and shoes, bedding, sweet things and toys for children, cash grants. Nevertheless, there is an urgent need we are not able to cover without your support – diapers for little kids.

Having moved from own homes to new cities in collective centers or flats, families with children spend their savings for food and rent. And our beneficiaries, unfortunately, lack money for diapers that are rather expensive these days. Therefore, we ask you to assist us in raising funds in the amount of 26 799.44 UAH for purchasing 140 packages of diapers for the most needful families.
