On 1 April 2024, the project ‘Children. Autism. War. No. 2’ with the aim of raising funds for corrective classes for children with ASD from internally displaced families were launched on dobro.ua. The initial target amount for the project was set at 200,000, but since the fundraising took a long time and was slow, on 20 October 2025, the fundraising was stopped at 133,609.58 UAH. The funds collected for the project were transferred in instalments as needed, in particular:

On 12 June 2024, the Ukrainian Charity Exchange transferred UAH 50,000.00 (fifty thousand hryvnias) to the account of the charity organisation ‘Charity Fund ’Future for Ukraine" in accordance with the request. We would like to inform you that these funds were used to pay for the work of a teacher working with disabled children, a physical rehabilitation specialist and a psychologist in the period from 1 June 2024 to 30 June 2024. In total, specialists conducted 78 classes for 11 pupils of the hub.

On 12 August 2024, we got UAH 70,000 (seventy thousand hryvnias) in accordance with the request.  The funds were used to pay the salaries of nine specialists at LEVCHYK SPECTRUM HUB and to pay the relevant taxes, namely: a teacher working with disabled children, an assistant teacher working with disabled children, three physical rehabilitation specialists, a centre caretaker, a psychologist, a duty administrator and a deputy centre manager for the period from 1 August 2024 to 15 August 2024. For the amount of UAH 70,000, the hub's specialists conducted 109 classes for 33 pupils of the hub.

On 30.10.2025, we got UAH 13,609.58 to the account of the Future for Ukraine Charitable Foundation in accordance with the request. The funds in the amount of UAH 13,609.58 were used to pay the salary of a social educator assistant working with children with disabilities for the second half of October 2025 and to pay the corresponding taxes. Between 30 October 2025 and 17 November 2025, 11 classes were held for 11 pupils of the hub.

In total, from 12 June 2024 to 30 October 2025, the Ukrainian Charity Exchange transferred a total of 133,609.58 hryvnias to the account of the Future for Ukraine Charitable Foundation.  We would like to inform you that all of the above funds were used to conduct corrective classes for children with ASD. For the total amount transferred, specialists conducted 198 classes for 50 pupils of the hub. 

In particular, classes were held on sensory integration, ABA therapy, speech therapy, work with a neuropsychologist, and music therapy. These disciplines gave children the opportunity to improve their existing skills and acquire new necessary skills, such as speech, self-expression, the ability to perform simple physical actions, understand basic rules of behaviour in society, and improve self-regulation skills in stressful situations. 
Currently, there are two hubs operating within the project: in Lviv and Mykolaiv. The Lviv hub is attended by 50 IDPs with autism spectrum disorders. The Mykolaiv hub is attended by 30 children. Corrective classes for children with autism have an important social impact, as they help improve their communication skills and ability to interact with other people.
