Vania is the only and long-awaited child. Throughout the pregnancy, Tatiana was threatened by the miscarriage. Doctors did everything possible to ensure that the baby was born on time, but at 31 weeks labor began. The baby had a cardiac arrest and breathing, he was resuscitated. Ivan misses his childhood friends very much. In Dnipro, where he has been living with his family since September in a rented apartment, he has not yet found any friends. Therefore, all communication is reduced to social networks and remote lessons in their native school No. 15 of ChasivYar, which has now suffered due to shelling.

Vania's family did not leave the city until the last – they were afraid to leave their 92-year-old great-grandmother in Bakhmut. Finally she was able to be transported to Volyn before a rocket hit her apartment, completely destroying it.
