Vladyslav was born on May 31, 2022. Due to the outbreak of a full-scale invasion, the family was forced to leave their home and move to their grandmother's house in Cherkasy region. This is where the baby was born.

During her pregnancy, Vladyslav's mother had iron deficiency anemia, preeclampsia, and double twisting of the baby. The boy was born on time, and the delivery was natural, but with hypoxia due to the double twisting of the umbilical cord around the baby's neck. Since birth, the boy has had a developmental delay, he still does not know how to hold his head, sit, crawl, walk, and pick up toys.

According to the doctors at the Institute of Pediatrics, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Vladyslav has cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis, persistent motor disorders and delayed psycho-speech development. The boy also has high hypermetropia and divergent strabismus. During the year of his life, Vladislav visited many medical institutions, but it did not give significant results. Now the boy desperately needs quality rehabilitation that will help improve his condition.
