Vladyslav is a boy who was born on May 31, 2022, when his family was forced to leave their home due to the outbreak of a full-scale invasion. Cherkasy region became their new home, and Vladyslav began his life here.

However, from the very first days, Vladyslav had to struggle with serious difficulties. During her pregnancy, his mother was diagnosed with alizodeficiency anemia and polyhydramnios. The boy was born on time, but due to the double umbilical cord wrapping, the baby had hypoxia, which caused developmental delays. Unfortunately, Vladislav still cannot hold his head, sit, crawl and walk, and cannot pick up toys on his own.

Doctors diagnosed Vladyslav with cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis, as well as persistent motor disorders and delayed psycho-speech development. The boy's condition is complicated by high hypermetropia and divergent strabismus. However, despite the challenges, the boy's parents did not lose hope.

Vladyslav has undergone numerous medical procedures and rehabilitation. The latest sessions included consultations with a neurologist, speech therapist, occupational therapist, osteopath, as well as massage, exercise therapy, sensory integration and much more. It is important to note that thanks to these efforts, the boy's condition improved: his spasticity decreased, new words appeared, his sleep improved and his interest in the world around him increased.

Now Vladyslav needs rehabilitation again to help him continue the fight for his childhood.
