On the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange, the project "Polina's eyesight can still be corrected" was posted, the purpose of which is to raise funds for the treatment of Kaplun Polina Vitaliivna, whose diagnosis is Cataract of the left eye.
On the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange, funds in the amount of UAH 24,220.00 were collected. With the funds collected through the website dobro.ua, the "I Hope and Believe" Foundation purchased:
- a set of medical materials necessary for an ophthalmological operation worth UAH 22,220.00 and transferred to the child's mother, Kaplun A.V., on May 28, 2025.

The operation to replace the lens using laser surgery was performed by doctors from the Center for Eye Microsurgery of "OKHMATDYT".
The operation was successful. After the operation and examination by specialists, the child was prescribed eye drops and discharged home.
The remaining funds in the amount of UAH 2,000.00 were used by the aid operator for administrative needs (payment for the delivery of aid).
The “I Hope and Believe” Foundation is sincerely grateful to the donors of the UBB ICF for the support of Kaplun Polina Vitaliivna.
