Viktor Ivanovich Kirilchuk was born 65 years ago in russian Omsk. His father, a ukrainian by nationality, met a german woman there from the Volga region and started a family. And at the age of 5, little Vitya moved with his family to his father’s homeland - the city of Korets, Rivne region. In this wonderful town he spent his whole life. 

From here he was called up the army. Viktor Ivanovich served in the construction battalion. Was in Armenia and Tatarstan. And in 1976 he returned to Korets. Now Viktor Ivanovich is already retired. And all his life, this man worked at the Koretsky consumer center. He did well carpentry. He dedicated his life to this profession. Victor Ivanovich was married even before serving in the army. Together with his wife, they raised two children – a boy and a girl. Now the children are adults and have their own families.

On the night of May 19 this year, the man suddenly got very sick in his chest. There was a cough. In the morning, he called the family doctor and, on his recommendation, underwent an examination in the district hospital. The diagnosis has been established. Viktor Ivanovich had a heart attack. He was hospitalized in a hospital. But in connection with quarantine, the man stayed there for only 6 days. Then cardiologists prescribed him outpatient treatment.

Prescribed medications Viktor Ivanovich takes to this day. All the funds of this poor family have already been spent on them. The very same pension for a man is 1638 hryvnias. It is impossible to be treated with this money. And then they also prescribed a new drug – Plavix, twelve packs of which cost 9396 hryvnias. The pensioner does not have funds for these medicines and he asks for help.
