Last year, four-year-old Daria was diagnosed with sensorineural hearing loss of 3-4 degrees in both ears. For her parents, it was like a bolt from the blue. After all, their daughter is a perfectly healthy child, active, cheerful, she developed like her peers, even started talking, but her pronunciation was not quite clear. This alerted the mother, and she and her daughter went to a speech therapist, and the speech therapist referred her to a neurologist.

The child passed all the prescribed tests and examinations. There were suspicions of autism, but fortunately, they were not confirmed. But after a thorough examination in Vinnytsia and a hearing test with an audiogram, her mother was no longer comforted. When the doctor said: "Your child cannot hear - buy hearing aids if they will help you," her mother could no longer hear a word, the ground was gone from under her feet. Hearing aids had to be done urgently. The amount of money needed to buy the devices was out of this world. But the money was found. 3 times a week, lessons with a sign language teacher and 2 times with a speech therapist gave good results. It seemed that the situation was corrected.

But the unexpected happened: the purchased hearing aids turned out to be of poor quality. They started to break right after the warranty period expired. Their repair did not give a positive result. It was no longer possible to use the devices. Again, tears, again stress, as the family does not always have enough money even for food. Dasha also has a minor sister, and their family has significant financial difficulties. Her mother is forced to ask for help, as their family cannot save enough money for new devices even in three years. Help!
