Working equipment is a condition for his health.

For many people, June 1 is known as Children's Day. For Yaroslav, this day divided his life into “before” and “after”. It was on June 1 that Yaroslav first heard his disappointing diagnosis from a doctor: “type 1 diabetes”. Then there was the hospital, intensive care, and the beginning of life in a different way, on schedule.

His mom was always there to support him. And he saw her eyes crying with despair and pity. But life went on. Yaroslav went to school with his peers. The parents realized that it was very difficult to maintain constant snacks and schedules in the school environment. The doctor suggested they buy their son an insulin pump. It was very expensive, but they managed. Yaroslav's first pump was called DANA, and it was difficult to set it up in Zaporizhzhia because there were no specialists. Thanks to the doctor, it was adjusted, and Yaroslav's life changed for the better.  The guy is grateful to the doctor and his parents to this day. The damage to his body that could have been caused by diabetes has been reduced to almost nothing.  

In 2017, the boy was admitted to a hospital bed at OKHMATDYT. When the doctor saw the results of his tests and examinations, she was surprised. All of Yaroslav's organs were functioning and were normal. And all this thanks to the use of the pump. Seven years ago, Yaroslav's pump was replaced with a Medtronic pump, which he still uses. Now he is 22 years old, studying to become a programmer, and dating a girl. His life goes on! He has plans and dreams. He is very grateful to his parents for their support and understands what they have done for him.

Using a pump is a very expensive process because it requires consumables, without which it cannot work. For an ordinary Ukrainian family, it is very difficult to buy all the supplies needed for the pump. Yaroslav is begging for help because the price of using the pump is his health, age and quality of life.
