"Cool things" for Lera

The "Funny Things for Lera" project started on July 20, 2021. The purpose of the project is to raise funds for the purchase of a hearing aid Xceed Play 1 (2) SP (Oticon, Denmark) for Lera Skoda. She has been wearing hearing aids since she was two years old, and thanks to them she can talk. A survey in June this year showed hearing loss. Old hearing aids urgently needed to be replaced with more sensitive ones, because Lera's most valuable asset, language, was at stake. The deadline was set for September 1, before the beginning of the school year. At the beginning of the project it was necessary to collect UAH 30,388.00. In parallel with fundraising on the dobro.ua platform, the collection took place on the website of the Happy Child Charitable Foundation. Therefore, the project amount was reduced to UAH 20,000.00. (twenty thousand hryvnias, 00 kopecks), as stated in the letter № 68 dated August 11, 2021. The required amount was collected on time! On August 19, 2021, the Happy Child Charitable Foundation received 20,000 , 00 hryvnias (twenty thousand hryvnias, 00 kopecks) from ICF "Ukrainian Charity Exchange". On August 31, 2021, Larry was given a brand new hearing aid.
